To Apply for this Job Click Here Staff Accountant - Norwood, MA Our client, an organization within the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting close processes, and assisting with transactional accounting and reporting activities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries Maintain and update financial records in accordance with established policies Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing and collections Perform cash management tasks, including bank reconciliations and payment processing Assist with payroll-related activities and reporting Review and process expense reports and vendor documentation Support compliance, audit preparation, and required financial reporting Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred Manufacturing or cost accounting exposure preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
