Staff Accountant

Robert Half Staff Accountant Peabody, MA Apply Description Position Overview:

Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing company in Peabody to identify a Senior Staff Accountant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general ledger (G/L) accounting activities Prepare and post journal entries Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes Handle invoicing and cash applications Complete account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support financial reporting and analysis Process ACH payments and maintain banking activity records

Requirements Qualifications:
