Manage retainage, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance Review and cost-code invoices and resolve discrepancies Support project forecasting, audits, reconciliations, and closeout Project Accountant Qualifications 2+ years of project accounting experience Construction industry experience strongly preferred Knowledge of AIA billing, job costing, revenue recognition, retainage, and lien waivers Strong Excel skills; Sage, Procore, or TimberScan experience is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills #LI-JS33 EB-8391685785
