$90,000-$100,000 + 10% Bonus We are seeking an experienced Accountant Analyst to support our manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. This role is responsible for cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and business partnering with operations to drive profitability and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cost accounting , standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting. Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and General Ledger accounts. Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting . Maintain internal controls , ensure GAAP compliance, and support audits. Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing costs and recommend process improvements. Develop and automate financial reports using Excel (Macros/VBA) and Power BI . Participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics . 2-5 years of General Ledger and Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP , standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience in manufacturing required; aerospace/defense experience is a strong plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel , Power BI , and ERP/accounting systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
