Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities. This role helps ensure the accuracy of financial records, supports compliance with accounting policies and internal controls, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Analyze variances, trends, and account activity to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests. Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting processes. Partner with AP, AR, payroll, and finance teams to resolve accounting issues. Help ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Cost Accounting Support cost accounting activities by analyzing inventory, standard costs, manufacturing variances, and cost allocations. Assist in evaluating product or operational costs to help management improve budgeting, pricing, and profitability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with progressive responsibility. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. CPA or CPA-track preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
