This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to partner closely with project managers and leadership while supporting the financial success of multiple construction projects. Position Overview The Project Accountant will be responsible for tracking project costs, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring accounting procedures are followed across active construction projects. This role offers strong visibility within the organization and the opportunity to work closely with operations, accounting, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities Maintain and analyze job cost records for active projects Monitor project budgets, billings, and cost-to-complete estimates Assist with monthly financial reporting and project cost analysis Support owner billings, change orders, and budget revisions Partner with project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance Assist with financial close activities, reporting, and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience; construction accounting experience preferred Knowledge of job costing, project accounting, or WIP reporting Strong Excel and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with project teams Why Apply?
