The firm serves closely held businesses and nonprofits across Western Massachusetts, with a steady mix of audits, reviews, and compilations. The Role You will run engagements from planning through wrap-up: leading fieldwork, supervising staff, reviewing workpapers, and communicating directly with clients throughout the process. Seniors here get real responsibility early and own their engagements. What They're Looking For 3 to 5 years of recent public accounting audit experience (open to strong 2 to 3 year candidates) CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred Solid working knowledge of GAAP and audit methodology Someone who can manage multiple engagements and communicate clearly with clients and staff

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
