As a Project Accountant at DN you will manage the the day-to-day accounting of construction projects. Working collaboratively with our Operations team, you will own all accounting functions as it pertains to our construction projects. A successful individual in this role will be someone who develops strong relationships, both internally and externally, completes work thoroughly and timely, and upholds budgetary financials. \n
Responsibilities:
Prepare, post and track the monthly requisitions to the owner Participate in project forecast updates- CTC/WIP
- with Project Managers/Project Engineers Monitor/track any over/under billings and work with Project Manager and/or Project Engineer Monitor for any potential high-risk projects and work with project management for plan/resolution Identify potential job exposures and write-offs Procure to Pay
- be responsible for processing subcontractor requisitions Ensure the subcontractor is complying with terms and conditions of the contract (i.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 4+ years relevant experience in Accounting or Finance related position Relationship driven Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented Experience with Microsoft Excel Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum or Construction ERP systemsBenefits:
