Following a recent acquisition the company is augmenting its accounting team.
The Position:
Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Accountant will own the monthly close process, financial reporting, operational accounting, and business planning.
The Opportunity:
Gain broad exposure to accounting and operations while collaborating with leadership to drive business process improvement. Responsibilities of the Senior Staff Accountant Coordinate the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and account analysis. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, and bank statement reconciliation. Analyze financial results and investigate account fluctuations and variances. Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity reporting. Qualifications of the
Senior Staff Accountant:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting. Experience with general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions, and large data set analysis. #LI-MS2 #INAUG2026
