Tax Accountant (Entry-Level) DSR CPA Donovan, Sullivan & Ryan, CPAs is a growing and independent CPA firm right outside Boston, MA. We are seeking an Entry-Level Tax Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in public accounting within a supportive and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop professionally while working alongside experienced tax professionals.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts Support tax compliance and tax research projects Work closely with Partners, Managers, and staff on client engagements Organize and maintain client financial information and documentation Communicate with clients and team members regarding requested information Participate in training and professional development opportunities Other related duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Internship or prior tax experience preferred but not required Interest in pursuing CPA certification preferred Basic understanding of accounting and tax principles Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Experience with QuickBooks® or tax software is a plusWe Offer Excellent Compensation and Benefits, Including:
