Back Staff Accountant Staff Accountant Woburn , Massachusetts Perm 60000 Sep 30, 2026 $60000.00 - $80000.00 KBW has recently partnered with a growing Private Equity Backed Medical Device company based in the greater Burlington area that's actively looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. The Staff Accountant will report directly into the Accounting Manager and will have lots of visibility internally. The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to, assisting with the month end close, performing journal entries and reconciliations, support inventory accounting and assist with other ad hoc duties. This role is a direct hire position and is onsite 5 days per week.

Main Skills/ Responsibilities:

Assist with the month end close Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries Assist with inventory accounting Assisting with intercompany accounting Gather and prepare all necessary documentation for audits Creating process improvements Assist with other ad hoc duties

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting is required At least 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting or related field Intermediate excel skills are required (lookups, pivots tables. formulas) Prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred Strong understanding of US GAAP Excellent communication skills Detail oriented nature Compensation for this role is between $60,000- 80,000 depending on experience.
