This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will contribute to both core accounting functions and broader financial initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who is comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities and collaborating across departments. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain account accuracy Handle entity consolidations and intercompany transactions Support revenue recognition and reporting activities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and asset management Participate in audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal controls Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience Experience with ERP systems (Yardi or similar systems preferred) Background in real estate, property accounting, or multi-entity environments preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Unlimited paid time off (or generous PTO policy) 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid holidays Work Environment Collaborative and team-oriented culture Opportunity to take on cross-functional responsibilities Entrepreneurial environment with exposure beyond traditional accounting Primarily in-office , with some flexibility as needed All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
