This role is responsible for cost tracking, billing, cash forecasting, and ensuring accurate project financial reporting. Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for assigned projects Monitor project risks and work with project teams to mitigate financial exposure Review and reconcile project budgets vs. actuals Collaborate with project managers on financial performance and reporting Assist in sales and use tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Support audits and provide documentation related to project financials Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of construction accounting experience (required) Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP schedules, and project-based accounting Hands-on experience with revenue recognition and project billing Experience with sales and use tax compliance Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, or similar) Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment IND4
