  • Full-time Stormwater Management Solutions, LLC a motivated and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our growing team.
This position plays a key role in supporting project financial operations, accounts receivable, and job cost accounting within a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Manage customer invoicing and collections Process payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Track project costs and assist with job cost accounting Review budgets, cost coding, and change orders Assist with issuing purchase orders and subcontracts Support project managers with financial reporting and project analysis Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations Maintain organized accounting and project documentation Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in construction accounting or project accounting required Knowledge of job costing and project-based accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and accounting software Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Supportive and team-oriented environment Full-time position with benefits package available Join a company committed to quality, teamwork, and building sustainable infrastructure solutions.
