- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and balance sheet integrity
- Prepare financial reporting packages and variance analyses
- Review lease agreements and support tenant billing activities
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support property accounting and portfolio reporting activities
- Participate in acquisition, disposition, financing, and due diligence projects

- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience, including exposure to close processes and reconciliations.
- Background in public accounting is strongly preferred.
- CPA eligibility or progress toward certification is preferred.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work efficiently with large data sets and schedules.
- Experience in commercial real estate, property accounting, REIT environments, or Yardi is a plus.
