Job Description

Plan, prepare and analyze accounting, estimating and program financial/operational data for management and/or customer review. Working Procedure Develop and maintain integrated master schedule using critical-path-method (CPM) scheduling techniques. This activity includes working with Control-Account-Managers (CAMs) to provide monthly status updates and percentage completion assessments. Compile and analyze cost and progress data in accordance with the estimate-at-completion process to establish cost and schedule indices/variances Calculate and document variance-at-completion Monitor and maintain status of actual cost incurred on assigned projects, as well as interpret data and provide corrective action recommendations for management review Analyze cost data for discrepancies from budget, notifies management and assists in development/implementation of corrective measures when necessary Plan and prepare compliant cost proposals in accordance with FAR 15.4, and provide support during proposal audit and negotiations Maintain FAR compliant pricing system for current rates and adherence to estimating and pricing guidelines Make recommendations for procedural improvements to increase operational efficiency for the project controls job function Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field, or an equivalent amount of education and experience.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum of six to eight years of financial analysis experience; background in project management or project controls preferred. In compliance with state and local laws, the salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. The range provided is a general guideline and good faith estimate representative of all experience levels but is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. TCOM considers several factors when extending an offer including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, a candidate's experience, education/training, key skills, internal equity, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
