Responsibilities Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. Support external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor requests. Perform monthly reconciliations for cash, balance sheet accounts, and other key financial areas. Prepare financial analyses and supporting schedules for management reporting and variance reviews. Help ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records through review and documentation of adjusting entries. Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
