Job Description:

Accounting / Billing Associate - Construction Materials Supply Located near BWI - On-site only Aggtrans & The Stone Store, a growing construction and landscape materials supplier, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting / Billing Associate to support our high-volume invoicing operations. This role is focused exclusively on accurate billing-no collections or payment follow-up required. Responsibilities include generating invoices from sales orders, delivery tickets, and quarry tickets; verifying pricing, quantities, and tax application; and processing credits, change orders, and rebills. You'll also reconcile daily and weekly reports, maintain accurate billing records, and assist with month-end close by reviewing open and unbilled orders. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of billing or invoicing experience, preferably in construction materials, building supply, or distribution. Experience with order-based invoicing systems (FACTS or similar) and strong Excel skills are important. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical in this fast-paced environment.
