Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances. Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests. Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance. Assist with fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and lease accounting, as applicable. Support cash management, treasury activities, and intercompany accounting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices. Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
