Salary Plus:
We reward our hard-working employees generously. Salary will be at or above industry standards and commensurate with experience. Employees have the opportunity to earn raises and bonuses based on regular staff evaluations. The posted salary for this position is based on a full-time schedule (M-F 8-5), but we encourage candidates interested in part-time or flex-time work to apply. Responsibilities:
At our firm you'll be instrumental in providing top-tier service to our diverse client base. Your expertise will be critical in Preparing federal and state corporate, individual, trust, and partnership returns, Preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards, Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze financial data, Identifying and assessing financial risks and advising clients on implementing effective controls to mitigate them, and Staying up to date on accounting standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate for this position will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3 years' experience in public accounting Strong understanding of GAAP and assurance reporting standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to commute to our downtown office While a current CPA is preferred, we encourage CPA candidates to apply Ready to find your professional home where your career can flourish alongside your personal well-being?
