Job Description
- Maintains financial records and ensures financial transactions are properly recorded
- Manages the AP process, including coding and allocation of costs
- Reviews / Approves Weekly Check Runs, ACH Payments
- Manages fixed assets and associated depreciation and amortization
- Maintains lease schedule in adherence to ASC 842 guidelines
- Supports Month-End and Year-End Close
- Supports Accounting Manager with Budgeting, Audit and Tax
- Reviews, Develops, and Documents Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Completes Special Projects as assigned
- Manages a team of two AP Specialists and a Payroll Manager
