Curran & Oberski as a Staff Accountant, where you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to help manage our accounting processes and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional real estate services.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for financial planning. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support. Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial regulations. CPA certification is a plus but not required.
