We are presently seeking a Corporate Staff Accountant who will be responsible for preparing and provide management with accurate financial information. As a successful Corporate Staff Accountant you will: Prepare, maintain and present reconciliations of corporate reimbursements and vendor allocations. Perform monthly reconciliations for multiple bank accounts. Maintain general ledgers including reconciliations of key accounts. Process journal entries such as accruals and reclasses to ensure books and records are complete and accurate. Review general ledger postings to ensure items have been posted to proper entities, proper general ledger codes, and with proper descriptions and amounts. Prepare and track management fee calculations. Perform special projects and/or other duties as assigned. Job Requirements A minimum of 1-year accounting experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required. Accounting or bookkeeping experience required. Strong analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel required. Experience with accounting software. Excellent organizational skills. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in a group.
