• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Participate in inventory costing, analysis, and reconciliation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills. Experience with inventory valuation and cost analysis. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems specifically designed for manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite Manufacturing, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Understanding of inventory valuation methods common in manufacturing (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, Weighted-Average).
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and bill of materials (BOM).
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and depreciation for manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools beyond standard Excel, such as Power BI or Tableau.
