• This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of two days per week onsite in our Grand Rapids, MI office.
• In this role, a typical day will look like:
• + Conduct balance sheet reviews of domestic and international entities to ensure accounting procedures are in adherence with GAAP and company policies + Coordinate internal and external audit processes, liaising with auditors and global process partners to ensure timely completion of audit requests.

+ Support timely implementation of accounting and other control improvements as identified through audit and balance sheet review processes + Provide guidance on accounting policies and control performance expectations through trainings and business partnering + Execute special projects as may be required such as investigations and implementation of new accounting standards. + Travel is required ranging from 5-15% of business days

• The essential requirements of the job include:
• + 3+ years of audit and accounting experience required.

+ B.A. or B.S. in Accounting required. + Public accounting experience required. + Advanced user of Microsoft Excel + Prior experience with top tier ERP required (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc) + CPA certification preferred but not required. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
