Join our team as a controller/accountant and put your financial expertise to work across a variety of client projects; doing meaningful work with the ability make a difference for small businesses - without the demands of a full-time role. Support financial management, including cash flow tracking and financial reporting Provide controller-level services like book closure and oversight of accounting processes Review and reconcile records, catch and correct errors Recommend ways to improve accounting procedures and systems Evaluate and help implement accounting software tools Prepare and review financial statement and management reports Offer clear, actionable insights that help clients understand and use their financial data Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
