Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements, credit cards, and intercompany accounts. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Support inventory accounting, including cost tracking, valuation, and cycle count reconciliation. Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Aid in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support to external auditors. Assist with fixed asset accounting, including tracking additions, disposals, and depreciation. Help maintain and improve internal controls over financial processes. Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Bonus Qualifications
• Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Familiarity with inventory costing methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) and their impact on financial statements.
• Knowledge of standard costing principles and variance analysis.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.
