If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Kalamazoo seeking experienced Staff Accountants. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions monthly. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including vendor and customer reconciliations. Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production data to provide insights and support decision-making. Participate in the month-end and year-end close processes, adhering to established deadlines. Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
