Preparing quarterly and annual consolidated statement of cash flows for
FCA US LLC
on an IFRS basisPreparing detailed variance analysis of cash flow statement line itemsMonitoring cash flow statement on amonthly basis to ensure OneStream roll-forwards are properly completed and new transactions are appropriately reported to facilitate cash flow preparationPresent cash flow statement and review variance analysis with senior managementPreparing quarterly footnotes to parent company to support the preparation of the Annual Report and SEC filingsProviding ad-hoc reporting and assisting in special projects for senior managementDriving continuous improvement and process redesign initiativesProviding accounting and financial reporting guidance and support to other corporate accounting/finance teamsAssisting in research and implementation of certain technical accounting mattersCoordinating SOX compliance, including documentation, process flows and testing as requiredSupporting external audit and review procedures
What You Will Learn:
Expertise in FCA financial reporting systems (e.g., OneStream and SAP) and processes (e.g., financial statement hierarchies, consolidation processes) as well as key business activitiesExposure to how FCA US, North Americasegment and Stellantis NV consolidated financial statements are developed and analyzedTo prepare statements of cash flow and the supporting work papers and schedulesGain exposure and interact with multiple levels of management in a fast-paced, team environmentExperience identifying and implementing process efficiencies Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326,
United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related degreeCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or FinanceStrong personal computer skills including Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Accounting/FinancePublic accounting experienceCash Flow experienceStrong system skills including OneStream, SAP and advanced Excel experience; Workiva (Wdesk) experience a plusPrior financial reporting and/or technical accounting experienceStrong leadership and problem solving skills with demonstrated experience of action and issue resolutionHigh level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others in a team environment Employment Type Full-time Stellantis At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
