Write out deposit slips and bring them to the bank weekly. Payroll Processing Enter all timesheets into QuickBooks and process all timesheets and additional items. Tax Processing Quickbooks tax processing Sales Tax Journal Entries Sales tax Other various entries may need to be made based on month end processes, payroll, year end, etc. Accounts Payable Enter and Process Bill pay Manage relationships with vendors when they request payment information, or you need various missing information Accounts Receivable Send statements for all companies monthly Contact any customers who need to be reached out to about owed balances Month End Close Outs Work through close out checklists on monthly activities that need to be completed Year End Close Out Work through close out checklists on yearly activities that need to be completed Work with the tax accountant on closing out the year Complete all needed tasks for 1099's and W-2's
