Job Summary Alpine Power Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant / Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing finance team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance while gaining exposure to a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities Process monthly employee expense reports using Concur. Follow up with employees and managers regarding outstanding expense reports. Set up and maintain employee profiles in Concur. Process Product Requests within Salesforce. Monitor and collect outstanding customer balances as assigned. Submit invoices through customer and supplier portals as required. Reconcile customer portal accounts. Distribute invoices to customers as needed. Review outgoing check payments and weekly ACH transactions. Support the fleet team by reviewing overdue maintenance items. Perform inventory reconciliations. Reconcile To Be Billed (TBB) accounts. Assist with tracking and monitoring the full-cycle battery recycling process. Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations. Prepare standard and adjusting journal entries. Assist with month-end close activities. Create and maintain key performance reports for management. Provide support to the finance and tax teams as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Strong work ethic with a high degree of initiative.
