• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Support inventory accounting functions, including cost accounting, cycle counts, and valuation.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate costing of goods sold and work-in-progress.
• Participate in internal control testing and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of tax filings and respond to auditor requests.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting department.

Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Enterprise). Experience with inventory valuation and cost analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
