If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Staff Accountants who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial records. Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close activities, including accruals and reclassifications. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Support inventory costing and reconciliation processes. Participate in annual audit preparations and provide requested documentation. Analyze manufacturing variances and provide explanations for discrepancies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and cost accounting principles Experience with inventory accounting and reconciliation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Bonus Qualifications Additional certifications or training Job Titles That Should Apply Staff Accountant, Junior Accountant, General Accountant, Accounting Assistant, Financial Accountant, Cost Accountant, Treasury Accountant, Fixed Asset Accountant, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Bookkeeper Why The Pivot Group Network The Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
