Job Description
Join Our Growing Team We are a well-established, client-focused accounting firm seeking an experienced CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), or Registered Accounting Practitioner (RAP) to join our team. We provide personalized accounting, tax, and business advisory services to a diverse client base and take pride in building long-term relationships by tailoring our services to each client's unique needs. This position offers a variety of challenging and rewarding work, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our clients and our firm. Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business financial statements Prepare corporate, S-corporation, partnership, nonprofit, fiduciary, and individual income tax returns Assist clients with tax planning and tax-saving strategies Participate in estate and trust tax and accounting engagements Provide accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory services based on client needs Work directly with clients to answer questions and provide guidance Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client service Collaborate with team members on a wide variety of accounting and tax projects Qualifications CPA, EA, or RAP designation preferred (or actively pursuing professional certification/licensure) Public accounting experience preferred Strong knowledge of tax preparation and financial statement preparation Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with QuickBooks, Accounting CS, and UltraTax is helpful but not required What Makes Our Firm Different We believe every client is unique.
