Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record journal entries to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support corporate tax activities, including the preparation of tax-related schedules and documentation.
- Assist with sales tax filings and help monitor compliance with applicable regulations.
- Contribute to the preparation of corporate tax returns by organizing financial data and supporting schedules.
- Review accounting transactions for completeness, accuracy, and proper classification within the ledger.
- Partner with finance and operational teams to gather information needed for month-end and tax reporting.
- Help maintain organized accounting documentation to support audits and internal reviews.
