Payroll Staff Accountant (Tax) About the role The Payroll Staff Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of the payroll function.

This includes:

Timely and accurate processing of the payroll Reviewing inquiries to ensure set up of Federal, State, and Local taxes Assisting associates with payroll and tax questions and concerns Responsible for auditing, identifying, and resolving payroll and tax variances Responsible for compliance research related to payroll and tax questions and concerns Completion of data reconciliation between subsystem (Workday/OSV) and Oracle/SAP General Ledger The impact you can have Troubleshoot errors as they arise during payroll process Execution of ongoing Payroll processes Facilitation of cross brand communication as it relates to Payroll functions and deliverables Creation and maintenance of audit reports for data within Workday Assist with project development and implementation on an ongoing basis Assist with improvements related to process enhancements, innovation, and technological updates What You'll bring to the role Requires Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience in multi-state payroll tax. General ledger experience is preferred. Systems experience and strong aptitude with Excel, Access, Oracle, and SAP. Workday experience is preferred. Demonstrated collaboration skills

• Ability to collaborate across departments with various Payroll stakeholders, HR, and IT resources.

Outstanding leadership and teamwork skills; ability to work well with others Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written); ability to articulate potentially complex system and process components into user friendly terms.
