Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Lead key month-end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met and balances are properly supported.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies through detailed analysis.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items to ensure cash activity is accurately recorded.
- Support accounts payable processing, including invoice review and coordination within Esker.
- Manage accounts receivable tasks such as payment application, account follow-up, and balance tracking.
- Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to analyze transactions, generate reports, and maintain accounting documentation.
- Assist with cross-functional accounting needs and provide coverage across multiple finance processes as business demands shift.
