Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in public accounting or corporate accounting, with preference for experience in a publicly traded company environment.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application to financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially strong Excel capabilities for analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and organization when managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a process-oriented approach to accounting work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
