What You'll Do Prepare and review financial statements, accountant's reports, and client deliverables Review staff workpapers and provide timely coaching and feedback Prepare and review sales tax returns, including more complex filings Prepare budgets, cash flow projections, and financial analyses for clients Ensure tax depreciation is accurately recorded and financial statements reconcile to tax returns Manage multiple client engagements, priorities, and deadlines effectively Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and respond promptly to questions and requests Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide additional value-added services to clients Assist with staff training, development, and onboarding Support accounting, advisory, and client service projects as assigned What We're Looking For Strong technical accounting knowledge and problem-solving abilities Ability to review work and provide constructive feedback to team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Leadership mindset with a commitment to mentoring and developing others Positive attitude, sound judgment, and high ethical standards Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred 3+ years of public accounting, client accounting, or related experience preferred Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and client accounting work Experience working directly with clients preferred Salary Range $70,000 to $90,000 (depends on experience, credentials, and qualifications) How We Operate EOS® Clear expectations.
