This position supports our multifamily and commercial real estate portfolio as well as our construction operations.

Responsibilities:

Accounting for multiple residential and commercial properties Accounts payable and receivable Bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain property and company general ledgers Monthly financial reporting and reconciliations Tenant/resident accounting and rent reconciliation Construction job cost accounting and project-related expenses Vendor invoices, payments and subcontractor accounting Assist with month-end and year-end close Coordinate with property management, construction and ownership

Qualifications:

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong QuickBooks experience Entrata experience preferred Property management, real estate or construction accounting experience preferred Strong organizational and reconciliation skills Ability to independently manage multiple companies and properties Accounting degree helpful, but practical experience is equally valued We are looking for someone who is accurate, dependable and takes ownership of their work. This is a hands-on position with exposure to real estate development, property management and construction. Full-time | Minneapolis, MN Competitive compensation based on experience

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
