Senior Accountant Location:
Fully Onsite in Burnsville, MN We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning key accounting functions, partnering with leadership, and helping improve processes that support the business. What you'll do: Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis Review financial activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies Analyze variances and investigate unusual activity Partner with leaders across the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and workflow efficiency Work with Excel and ERP systems to drive accuracy and productivity What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting or finance experience Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience Strong attention to detail and communication skills This role offers the chance to make an impact, contribute to a strong team environment, and grow your career in a dynamic setting.
