Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities including issuing e-invoices, tracking customer payments, and following up overdue balances.
Coordinate with customers, Sales teams, and banks regarding payment status, contracts, and guarantee documents.
Prepare AR reports, cash flow forecasts, and support monthly closing activities.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) tasks and payment processing when required.
Handle tax declaration and compliance for VAT, PIT, FCT, and CIT according to Vietnamese regulations.
Ensure accounting records and tax activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in General Accounting, especially in PIT and AR management.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting practices.
Familiar with ERP/accounting systems and proficient in Excel.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle tasks independently under pressure.
Careful, responsible, and good at communication and teamwork.
Good English communication skills.
