Position Summary:

The Steakhouse Back Server will provide exceptional guest service in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable fashion to ensure a pleasurable and rewarding dining experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

The Steakhouse Back Server is responsible for the following duties: Provide quality guest service by properly greeting customers with a positive attitude. Maintain knowledge of all aspects of Steakhouse service, as well as current and upcoming resort/casino promotions. Inspect Steakhouse for cleanliness and order; rectify any problems or issues promptly. Maintain constant assessment, order of guest tables, and help promptly, graciously, and effectively. Collaborate with other Steakhouse staff to maintain orderly and comfortable dining experience by practicing consistent removal of used plates or glasses and prompt replenishment of food or beverages. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Job-specific abilities and requirements include: The Steakhouse Back Server will work in a fast-paced, food service environment where good overall physical and mental health is required. The ability to tolerate various scents, noises, and bright lights is required.
