We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner directly with the CFO and operational leaders to improve profitability, optimize production performance, and support strategic growth initiatives. This role offers a unique combination of product costing, operational finance, business analytics, and ERP transformation, along with a clear path toward future Finance Manager advancement. Work in a collaborative environment where your recommendations drive action. What You'll Do Lead product costing activities and ensure accurate cost and profitability analysis across the business. Analyze production, inventory, capacity utilization, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop financial models, ROI analyses, forecasts, and business scenarios to support strategic decisions. Create and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools to improve business insight. Partner with operations, production, and leadership teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and inventory valuation initiatives. Help strengthen financial processes and lead finance workstreams during ERP implementation. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong experience with standard costing and activity-based costing methodologies. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Power BI experience preferred.
