We are seeking an experienced accounting and financial reporting professional to support core finance operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable under pressure, and able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for leadership and stakeholders. Assist with financial audits by preparing supporting documentation, responding to auditor requests, and helping ensure timely completion of audit deliverables. Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and posting journal entries. Help prioritize and execute finance tasks in a complex, dynamic work environment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute as an integral member of the finance team. Manage business entity registrations and support ongoing compliance-related activities. Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience required High school degree or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing) Experience with general ledger reconciliations and day-to-day accounting processes Advanced Excel skills Tax experience a plus Detail oriented and highly organized Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team Able to focus on key priorities and thrive in a complex and ever-changing environment A thorough understanding of all policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to the job Willingness to learn and contribute to company's financial growth and profitability Strong written and verbal communication skills Enjoys working in a dynamic team environment with ongoing learning opportunities EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
