Experienced Accountant Full-Time | Flexible Schedule We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing firm. This full-time position offers flexibility and an excellent work-life balance, including minimal overtime during tax season. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping services for a variety of clients Prepare financial statements and account reconciliations Maintain general ledgers and journal entries Review client financial records for accuracy and completeness Assist with preparation of individual, business, and other tax returns Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounting and tax matters Assist with tax planning and year-round client support Stay current with accounting standards and tax laws Qualifications Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple client deadlines 3+ years of public accounting experience preferred What We Offer Full-time position with a flexible work schedule Minimal overtime during tax season Office is open four days per week from April 16 through December 31 , providing additional flexibility outside of tax season Supportive, team-oriented work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for professional growth and development Benefits Generous paid time off policy Paid holidays Retirement plan Group term life insurance Cafeteria plan Cell phone allowance Paid continuing education If you are an experienced accountant who enjoys building client relationships while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
