What You'll Do Support key components of the monthly and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, adjustments) Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and help ensure accuracy and completeness Assist with financial reporting and maintain clean, reliable data Partner with finance and operations teams to understand how work gets done in the field Support audit preparation and special projects as the company grows Step in across AP/AR as needed to keep things moving What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) 0-3 years of accounting experience (internships included) Foundational understanding of accounting principles (GAAP exposure a plus) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Basic to intermediate Excel skills Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus How You Work (Katsam DNA) Accountable
