Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Supervise overall management of existing properties leases, and lease set-up of new property acquisitions for retail centers. Review annual budgets for existing properties down to the net operating income level and monitor results versus budget. Manage ESG input process for utility information for retail centers, JV's and vacant properties into Energy Star software.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Enter new property/lessee/tenant information from lease abstracts into Sequel static table excel file Review lease set up from lease abstracts input into Commercial Management (building lease and note module) Understand system set up of all charge codes associated with rental income and the impact to the income statement Review Percent rent calculations for accuracy per the terms of the individual leases Oversee approval of entertainment retail centers CAM reconciliations Review all entertainment retail center monthly reports and work with CBRE to make corrections before reports go to EPR Accounting Assist with preparation of Entertainment retail center budgets and variance analysis Assist Finance team in verifying lease/note revenue streams for budgeting purposes Assist with construction tracking questions. Verify variable interest is being calculated correctly per terms of the development agreement and lease is set up correctly upon construction completion Enter Energy data usage for Scope 2 into Energy Star Gather utility data for input into Energy Star monthly Work with Third Party Property Management companies to resolve accounting issues as they arise and answer questions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field 1-3 years of experience with commercial real estate accounting Demonstrated experience in variance analysis and budget preparation Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills Knowledge and skill in interpreting and applying US GAAP Demonstrated skills in understanding of key lease provisions
