Staff Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join a collaborative and growth-focused team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of accounting functions while developing professionally in a dynamic environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting key accounting processes. The role involves working closely with team members on bookkeeping, tax preparation, account reconciliations, and audit and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements Perform general bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Assist with tax preparation and compliance requirements Support audit processes and related documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with bookkeeping and general ledger management Familiarity with tax preparation and applicable regulations Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines CPA certification or progress toward CPA is a plus Company DescriptionW3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
