Job Description
- Provide financial support for assigned projects.
- Set up new projects/jobs.
- Prepare accurate and timely customer billing.
- Review contract requirements and project documentation.
- Track project costs, revenue, budgets, and projections.
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections.
- Support accounts for payable and vendor issues.
- Code subcontractor and equipment invoices.
- Prepare certified payroll and required project reports.
- Request and track Certificates of Insurance.
- Coordinate vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Identify budget and projection issues.
- Work closely with project teams and accounting personnel. Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant accounting, billing, or project administration experience.
- Project accounting or billing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Vista by Viewpoint experience preferred.
- Union experiences preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to travel up to 25%. Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000-$85,000 Base Salary
